Eviction Assurance Guarantee

We are so confident in our tenant screening process, if an eviction needs to take place we will pay eviction filing fees (Up to $1,000) + we will place the next tenant for free.  We can only provide this guarantee on tenants that we have screened and placed.  Only for qualifying plans.  Business and rental licenses must be current.

Rent Protection Program

If it becomes necessary to fully evict a tenant on the owner's behalf, the Eviction Assurance Guarantee would cover the cost of the eviction and the Rent Protection Program would help with lost income up to $1,000. Restrictions: Rent Protection is paid after gaining access to the property either through eviction or cash-for-keys agreement.  Payment will be reduced by any amount used for a cash-for-keys agreement.  There must be an actual loss of rents after factoring in any security deposits and/or last month's rents.  Only for qualifying plans.

30-Day Rental Guarantee

We guarantee that we can find a quality resident for your home in 30 days or less, or your first months of management fees are free.  Conditions: Oak & Hearth must have final say on rental price, the home must be vacant, must allow pets, and the home must be rent ready.  Only for qualifying plans.
